Arif Gym provides chair yoga, seated exercise, Zumba/dance, and Tai Chi classes on-site to seniors at independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, health and rehabilitation facilities, 55+ retirement communities, senior centres, and country clubs in various markets throughout the UK.

Arif Gym has a team of professional, compassionate, and friendly fitness instructors who are excited to provide in-home personal training and companionship for seniors looking to maintain their independence and live longer, healthier, and more vibrant lives!

Personal Training for Seniors

Arif Gym is remote in nature and brings health and wellness directly to you! We can work out at your house, remotely via Zoom, or outdoors. As a personal training client, you will learn all aspects of fitness including, but not limited to: cardio, strength training, flexibility, nutrition, meditation, breathing exercises, and positive self-talk!

Group Exercise

At Arif Gym, we offer a wide variety of group exercise classes that are fun, team-oriented, social, educational, and exciting. From aerobics, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), core conditioning, and agility, to strength training, boxing, and yoga, our classes are designed to accommodate the needs of all age groups and experience levels.
